What began in March of 2020 at the local supermarket has rippled throughout the U.S. economy – supply chain challenges are now affecting every aspect of our daily lives and how we do business. Demand continues to outpace shipping capacity, labor shortages persist, shipping costs are up, project delays caused by material shortages continue, and pricing stability is nowhere to be found. 

What does this mean for commercial real estate? Join NAIOP for an inside look at the global causes and impact of current supply chain issues, how they are being addressed locally, and what this means for commercial real estate developers, owners, and tenants.
