Negotiating Skills: Art, Science or Luck?

Description

Is negotiating an art or science? Are negotiating skills something you are born with or can it be learned? This course identifies and segregates negotiators as Distributive or Integrative and also reveals other recognizable characteristics that will lead you to powerful negotiating tactics. Learn how to identify the appropriate tactics and counter tactics employed for any type of negotiators to reach a more leveraged position (even when you think you're at a disadvantage). Topics to be covered include:

    - 5+ phases of the negotiating process for Commercial Real Estate
    - Critical steps needed for a "win-win" transaction
    - Value proposition models
    - Strategies to use during a heated negotiation session

If you want to gain a step up on your competition and take your “game” to the next level then this powerful course is for you. Videos and mock negotiations will be included.
