Join NAIOP Massachusetts for the 2025 Annual Meeting & Awards Celebration at the brand-new David Rubenstein Treehouse at Harvard University for a spectacular evening of celebration. This year the event will include the presentation of special awards for exceptional NAIOP members and development projects!

The event will begin with a brief year-end Annual Meeting, where members will vote to confirm Melissa Schrock of HRP Group as the 2026 NAIOP Massachusetts President and elect Board members with terms expiring in 2028. The awards will then be presented. Please join us in celebrating:

• Distinguished Development Award: Lyrik Back Bay, developed by Samuels & Associates.
• Urban Development Award: DUO, developed by John M. Corcoran & Co., Joseph J. Corcoran, and Marcus Partners.  
• Suburban Development Award: The Newbury of Brookline, developed by The HYM Investment Group and operated by Kisco Senior Living.
• Government Affairs Champion Award: Paula Devereaux, Pierce Atwood LLP, in recognition of her exceptional advocacy benefiting the commercial real estate industry.
• President's Award: Alyssa Morris, AEW Capital Management, in recognition of her outstanding contributions and commitment to NAIOP's continued growth.

Attendees can then explore the brand-new Treehouse Conference Center, the largest mass timber building of its kind in New England, and enjoy a cocktail party with several hundred industry leaders. It’s a great opportunity to kick-off the holiday season, celebrate the accomplishments of the industry, and connect with colleagues and friends in commercial real estate. Space is limited.
